I’m asking because I tried to convince my Dad to drink one a few times but he always says that they’re really bad for you. But he drinks soda. I used to drink them all the time, but stopped because they’re expensive. Now I only drink one every once in a while and just drink coffee a few times a week.

i think energy drinks are worse than soda, but they are both unhealthy.

Energy drinks are full of caffeine and sugar. Diet soda, sugar free drink mixes, that are also caffeine free or decaf coffee are better choices. Then of course you can’t beat water!
