I just got my braces on so it is really painful to chew food. I am tierd of not eating so I want so non-chewing or soft food. Please and thank you!

    Chicken noodle soup, mashed potatas, green peas, Ice cream!, theres a few others im sure you can find. i know exactly how ya feel cause i had braces when I was younger and felt that way. But i eat what i could and survived. You will probably feel better soon, i hope!, and be able to eat more then. hope i could help!

    If you have a blender and or a food processor you can puree almost any food, which will make everything easier to eat.
    I have a serious dental problem myself, at this time, and have had to eat everything pureed as I cannot chew anything.
    It’s really not so bad and it’s caused me to lose some weight.

    If you’re a teen, you might not need to lose weight. Perhaps having a milk shake made with malt powder or a powdered protein supplement will help you.
