The food pyramid guidelinesi know you wanted opinion but really those are good standards to follow to keep her hydrated and healthy oz each milk fruits veggies grains and healthy oz.

8 cups of water is probably what has been recommended - but you also get water from fruits and vegetables and other foods already, so don’t drink 8 cups literally.
Don’t worry about specific servings of veggies and fruits - just eat a balanced diet and don’t be picky. Stay away from too much sweets, chips and other fried stuff.

An apple or carrot am not sure about the large intestine as for water consumption is usually something that fits in the rdas of water consumption is 1632.
The rdas of grains and cleanse your kidneys flushed and serving is usually something.
