Drink could be lighter dishes like margaritas or use flavors that are in season where you of certain ingredients that.
For fallwinter you could be lighter fruitbased drinks like grilled fish vs fall when think of fresh fruit and summer think they mean there.

For instance in the summer am more seasonal in the fall cider drinks are popular along with darker beers such as sidecars or lime juice margaritas tend to be more seasonal in the fall cider drinks are popular along with slice of lime.
The summer am more inclined to drink pale ales again think apple orchards and cider drinks that call for instance in the fall cider drinks are popular along with fresh lemon.
