How do I get Milo back to eating table food?

Recently I took on a month of extra hours at work. I left my Rat Terrier with my mom while at work. My mother started feeding him table food instead of his dog food as rewards. Now that he’s home he wont eat his dog food, and he begs for my food. He seems to be starving himself. How do I get him used to his dog food again?
I refuse to give him table food because i know he will get sick.
