I hate the taste of water. I think it tastes nasty, and I only drink one glass a day if that much. I need to drink more water but i can’t because its a big chore because I don’t like the taste. Can you train yourself to drink water? Do you know of a flavored water that doesn’t leave a bad after taste?

The same issue im trainign myself to drink gatorade propel fitness water with sweet tea packet like nestle rasberry swttened mix or drink more water with sweet tea packet like nestle rasberry swttened mix or.

Im not much for it either, It is better tasting (to me) if its really cold tho.. Buy bottles of spring water, they taste better than tap water or distilled water.

UGH! I know what you mean and I totally agree! SO! I bought the new water flavour packets by Nestea and Crystal light. Changes the flavourless wet into yummy iced tea, or fruity flavoured water! WAY BETTER! No aftertaste that I can detect!
