How much does my weaning baby need to drink?
December 27th, 2008 | by admin |rainwriterm asked:
My 10 month old is starting to wean himself from his formula, so now I am wondering how much he needs to be drinking. He still will drink about 16-24 ounces of his formula a day, but he is fighting it and would prefer to eat his calories than drink them. How much does he actually need to be drinking when his liquids aren’t his primary food source? Thanks!

He should still be drinking at least 440ml (not sure how many ounces that is) a day. That’s two bottles. But all babies needs are different - if he doesn’t want it, maybe he doesn’t need it.
