    It depends on how you look at it. I consider alcoholic as part of my meal! .. I always like to have red wine when I have steak..sake w/ sushi..beer with BBQ…etc etc !
    It’s almost always bad to have too many of one particular thing, to much alcoholic will damage your liver, your brain… ( I am no doctor here) My advice is to drink in moderation and enjoy!
