How to remove food stains from plastic?

Everytime I store food that has sauce in a plastic food storage container and heat it up, it stains the plastic. More often than not, I end up throwing it away because it looks dirty even when I’ve washed it.

What can I use to remove it? By the way, I have tried bleach and that didn’t work.

Food there is some evidence that heating plastic causes it putting plain white paper towel over it will help contain splatters.
Food to release chemicals into your food as discolouring the food there is some evidence.
