On your training days , no matter what sport do you play, when you feel little tired , sleepy or exausted what do you drink to boost yourself a bit. Are coffee or red bull good choices ?

    not coffee..it has too much caffeine and although caffeine DOES make you awake and alert it also slows you downmakes you more tiered. So i sugest a LOT of ice cold waterrrrrr :]
