What do you drink while doing a workout in gym?

I plan to spend 2-3 hours in the gym, what are the best health drinks to energize and replenish the minerals? I am not trying to lose weight(just trying to improve my fitness) so, is it OK to drink some calories? I plan to burn somewhere around 1500 calories per visit.

    Drink its what we are loaded with ton of sugar and are not healthy at all.

    water is ideal
    energy drinks are not recommended.

    dang thats a lot of cal ! get some propel fitness water doesnt have a whole lot of cal…. try excersing a lil lesss thats a lot of cal in 1 day hope you’re eating enough to replenish your body!!
