    Anything spicy, spices are natural laxatives.

    Onions are natural laxatives.

    Also try a juice fast for a day or as long as you need, and if you do be sure and buy organic juices with no extra ingredients (corn syrup, sugar, food colorings, etc.)

    1 glass of warm (not hot) water in the morning when you first wake up; and you can add juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon to it also to help clean your system; and make your skin look great.

    if you do this every morning you will never have this problem toworry about again. best of luck.

    If a baby has too much apple juice it will get diarrhea. That is from all the sugar. You might try a big bottle of apple juice and see if you get some quality time in the bathroom.
