My friends all use coffee find that just getting up and something fresh and healthy like an apple or some salad helps me.

1/ banana - it has loads of vitamin and carbohydrates that would keep your energy up!
2/ lemon sqash - water (carbonated or non-carbonated), lemon juice , glucose powder (use sugar if no glucose), ice and then mix.
    3/ apple
4/ if you feel really tired, you may need caffeine from tea and coffee.

V-8 Splash. It’s nothing like regualr V-8, it’s sweet like fruit juice. I was really dragging once and drank a glassful and it really perked me up.

Mountain Dew and a Hershey’s Chocolate bar. Coke would work but Mountain Dew has far more caffeine and a Hershey’s is absolutely full of caffeine.
