What is the best drink to replace a vegetable serving?
February 16th, 2007 | by admin |Alex asked:
I have trouble eating my veggies. What is the best drink with a serving or more of veggies? With NO high fructose corn syrup and not a lot of added sugar and such. I think the one I am thinking of is called grass juice… It is green and fruity tasting!

I know of a smoothie place that sells shots of wheatgrass juice. I’m not sure how readily available that is.

I suggest Naked Juice or Odwalla juice. Naked Green Machine has veggies and fruits in it, and tastes yummy with no added sugar or corn syrup.
